Listings, published by the people who own them

Your property.
Your words.
$1.95 a month.

Lintel lets owners, landlords and agents publish their own listing for sale or for rent: photos, price, the facts, and how to reach them. Every listing passes a Fair Housing check before it goes up.

Drawing of a row-house front: stone lintels over the windows and the green front door FOR SALE BY OWNER

No middleman. Buyers and renters reach you directly.

Newest listings

No listings yet. Yours could be the first.

Lintel is new and started empty on purpose: no sample, copied or MLS listings. Everything that appears here is published by a real owner, landlord or agent.

How publishing works

  1. 1

    Open your dashboard

One click gives you a private dashboard link. No account, no password, no email: keep the link and it is yours.

  2. 2

    Write it up

Price, beds and baths, size, up to 12 photos and a description in your own words. Show the street address, or only the city and ZIP.

  3. 3

    Publish for 30 days

The Fair Housing check reads your words first. Then it is live for a month; renew it in its last week or after it ends, and take it down any time.

Fair housing, built in

Housing ads may not prefer or exclude people because of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin, and in Ohio also ancestry or military status. Well-meant phrases like "perfect for a couple" break that rule. Lintel reads every headline and description, explains what it finds, and will not publish wording that must change.

How the check works

You write “Cozy two-bedroom, perfect for a couple, quiet street.”

Must change Familial status

An advertisement may not state a preference for adults, couples or single people; that limits families with children.

Describe the property instead: “Cozy two-bedroom on a quiet street.”

An example of the check, not a listing.

A publisher, not a broker

Lintel is a self-service publishing platform, not a real estate broker or agent. It represents no buyer, seller, landlord or tenant, does not verify listings, takes no part in any sale or lease, and carries no MLS data. Every listing is written and published by its owner or their agent.
