About
A plain place to publish a property listing.
Lintel is named for the beam over a doorway: the part that holds up the opening people walk through. It gives owners, landlords and agents a simple way to put a property in front of people, in their own words, for $1.95 a month.
What Lintel is not
Lintel is a self-service publishing platform, not a real estate broker or agent. It represents no buyer, seller, landlord or tenant, does not verify listings, takes no part in any sale or lease, and carries no MLS data. Every listing is written and published by its owner or their agent.
Lintel shows only listings that were published here by the people who have the right to advertise them. It does not copy listings from other sites, and it never invents listings: it started empty.
Who makes it
Lintel is built and run by WeldonPC. It runs at summitplaza.info, has no contact form and sends no email; WeldonPC can be reached through weldonpc.com. Lintel at summitplaza.info is a listing platform from WeldonPC. It is not connected with any property or business named Summit Plaza.
How it keeps itself honest
- A Fair Housing check reads every headline, description, contact name and brokerage, and wording that must change cannot be published.
- Anyone can report a listing. Reports of discrimination, a scam or a listing posted without the owner's permission from three different networks hide it at once, until WeldonPC reviews it.
- Contact details sit behind a button, so they are not handed to address-harvesting robots.
- Photos are re-saved without their location data.
- Listings end after 30 days unless renewed, so stale listings do not pile up.
