Pricing
One price: $1.95 per listing per month.
Searching, reading listings and contacting listers is free for everyone. Publishing a listing costs $1.95 for each month it is live.
Free during preview. Checkout is not switched on yet, so publishing and renewing cost nothing for now. Listings published during the preview run their 30 days as normal. Before any charge starts, the price stays exactly as shown here, and nothing is ever charged without you choosing to pay.

Questions
- Is there a commission or a contract?
- No. Lintel is not a broker and takes no part in your sale or lease. You pay only for the months a listing is published.
- How will paying work?
- When checkout opens, each listing is a monthly PayPal subscription of $1.95. Cancel it in PayPal at any time; the listing stays up to the end of the month you paid for. Lintel never sees card numbers.
- What if a listing is hidden after reports?
- When people on three different networks report a listing as discriminatory, a scam, or posted without the owner's permission, it is hidden at once until WeldonPC reviews it. Other reports (no longer available, wrong details, copyright, something else) are reviewed but never hide a listing by themselves. The lister can ask for a review from the dashboard; a listing that breaks no rule is restored.
- Refunds
- If something goes wrong with a payment, write to WeldonPC through weldonpc.com and it will be put right.
