Before you start
You need the right to advertise it
Publish only property you own, or that you manage or list with the owner's written permission. Agents must name their brokerage; it is shown on the listing.
Describe the property, not the people
Fair housing law forbids ads that prefer or exclude people. Write about rooms, size, condition and rules that apply to everyone. What that means.
Honest and current
Prices and details must be true and up to date. Take the listing down when it is sold or let. Reports of discrimination, a scam or a listing posted without the owner's permission, from three different networks, hide a listing until WeldonPC reviews it.
